No, there is no such tool for this.You could add your voice to the requests that have alaerdy been made for something like this at the Forum (link, top right).The only thing you can do is to come here, and do Advanced Search.There's a checkbox to make a given search your default search, so you only have to set it up once.Clinky, but it should get the job done for you.
