Hey Mark I am 100% sure on this contact ez visa@ezvisa.com and they will tell you.I used them in the past and they know the law s pretty good.If I was you I would go ahead and press charges against her you never know you might get lucky if you hit her in her purse she will remember it although she does not have money they will garnish her wages until paid in full this might help you emotionally also.

Dam Mark since I am not a paying member here I did not read the whole story until I saw your listing on agency scams.Man she is more evil than I thought but you can take comfort in knowing no honest country in the world will allow her to even think of applying for a visa for entry.The U.S. has a 10 year waiting period if they apply and come here but then go back home however they will never allow her back here I do not care how good a persons attorney is they are un moving on this.

Mark be sure to file a report with Interpol and IC3 also our govt. is a bunch of lazy bastards mostly but you might just get lucky and someone will investigate but you might just get hit by lightning first.The American Embassy in Kiev will not do squat all they will do is send you a letter telling you that if she ever does apply for a visa her scamming ways will be taken into consideration I wonder why we pay our taxes?

John , I've reported her to UNCIS, the American Embassy in Kiev, and the Ukrainian Consulate in New York. We will see what happens from here. I just don't want her to be able to fool another guy into bringing her to America like she did me.

Mark - start by touching base with the Ukranian Embassy in Wash., D.C. Go to the State Dept. website and follow through to the Ukraine. You should be able to e-mail them or at least get a phone number. Hopefully you have kept all receipts and e-mails. All they can probably do is provide you with the authorities in the Ukraine to start filing your report. It is a long tedious process, but even if it goes nowhere, you may help stop some other guy from getting taken by this crook.

I researched this one last year and found out more about her, but she was using an alias along with this posted name.....I can't remember what name she used then...But she was posted here with this name too...I found her pics listed under a different name then.....

Mark - you did everything the right way right up until you opened the checkbook. And I am sorry for your loss. You need to follow this completely through with the authorities. File reports and send a letter to the Ukranian Federal Government. See if you can find other guys who have been taken by this chick and post her on every site you can find. Good Luck. I will check with some friends of mine in the Ukraine and see if they can help.

First and foremost, you need to post her on as many scam websites as possible. And then you need someone else to step up and claim she was in contact with them simultaneously while she was with you to provide proof you were being scammed. Otherwise she can claim she has the right to change her mind (to be with you).

Dam Mark sorry to hear about this.9 months is a long time for the process did she drag it on I am not a paying member so I could not read all of it.Even though they seem okay they are hiding something deep inside make sure you list her on every dam site there is so maybe her next victim will hopefully google her name and see your reports believe me this will help I went throught the same thing you are going through now.
