I think that at least it's a proactive thing to do......Maybe we need to have a more direct approach with these sites that do nothing, and inform them that we will be contacting all of their advertisers expressing our displeasure with what they are allowing and if they refuse to cease and desist that you will no longer want to use their goods etc.......

American Singles is owned by Sparks Networks and this company is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange.I guess one could follow the trail with this and go from there it might be interesting.

There are quite a few people out there that do just that,sir...It will only be through our diligence in the continual barrage of complaints with the proper authorities, that will make a difference.....I don't know which state is the headquarters for American Singles, but if we find out where they are and then write complaint after complaint to their state congressmen and senators etc., then and only then will there be pressure on that company to start a program to show the world these scammers.....Don't forget that publicity not only helps a company, but that it can shut down one too.....We can even complain to their "advertisers"...When their pocketbooks get lighter, you can bet that things will change rapidly!!!!!

Why doesn't some authority try to fine or even shut down the Amercan Singles site, it seems that it is a major source for scammers as Dameon has clearly proved it.
It is a joke to see that governments in this day & age, still allow to let people get cheated & do nothing about it, well I will do my best to make sure that something positive gets done but it would be nice if everyone contributes as well. Good luck to all you good people
