did you get an invoice or reecipt of any kind ?how did you pay him ? not in cash i hope !file a fraud complaint with the police and depending where you live you should see a lwayer. maybe you can ask for a court order having him repay you or face imprisonment.good luck and i always advise that the guy should deliver then get paid. Yes roamer and as i said these people must submit proof of their ID documents as well as their physical home addresses before they are allowed to register with an internet service provider. This information must be available to all possible victims (applicable to dating sites) It seems as if the western countries think we are all stupid.
