Also, using the spelling Ygnatiewa for her last name. Probably to throw me off the scent checking her out on blacklist sites. This is the first one I've seen her on.

She's working the scam on me right now. Mother's already had surgery. Still says she's coming to states, just working a few extra days to earn a little extra money. Has not asked me for a thing, yet. Has been very pleasant. Just waiting for the ball to drop, which I expext to be very soon!

FB - Try http://freetranslation.paralink.com. It’s free, works pretty well, and it’s easy to use. I even use it for chat. Just copy & paste your letter into the program. I use it to translate from English to Russian and Russian to English. Make sure you allow pop ups for that website first. They have a keyboard which is pretty cool too. You can type the English letter and it will show the Cyrillic letter. Hope this helps!

Comment from Dameon

Another note from her - You are absolutely mistaken! And if you will continue to not trust me I will stop to write you. Bye. I just don't want to communicate with person who don't want to believe me. If you even don't know how looks passport why do you try to prove that you know it. I want to tell you last time you are mistaken!!! Sasha.

Hey which one of you guys gave me your email address and said you could translate that letter from russian to english for me. I think it may have been James or maybe John...darn it I can't remember now and I also think our comments have been deleted..I sure can't find them again anyway. Ther is more up dated news on this gal as well...whoever it was that said they needed some practice reading Russian please get in contact with me again...mike seems to be having a little trouble finding the russian professor because of exam schedules. My email is hiroll@mts.net Thanks

Nope Roamer my old friend I was not scammed out of a single nickle, and that comes from paying attention to what happens on this website. The reason I wanted to find out more about what she did with the money was because she gave me names and addresses of other 'Clients?' she had helped, and how satisfied they were with their new brides. I was not the first person she pulled this scam on, and if a person can believe anything she says she has made quite a haul on these phoney matches[wives]. She even introduced me to the girl on web cam...they are real live people no doubt...but the girl she had set me up with obviously was not for sale. She was truely amazingly convincing and very very persistant, at one point in our correspondence she did give me the bank and account number of where I was supposed to transfer the money, the address was NOT Thailand. And like a fool I have now lost it...too bad because it would have been a sure way to find out who was behind this match making scheme. Have not heard from her since Sunday when I confronted her about the scam [I guess that would be their Monday morning]...she seems to have gone into hiding. Now I just have to find the email address of whoever it was said they could read my Russian letter, I'll be sending it over pronto.

Comment from Charlie

She keeps sending letters because they really don't read the return emails. I told her several times that i am in Kentucky, not New York and she still wanted me to meet her in NYC.

What a coincidence - Sasha has emailed me, too, despite my comical replies from the very start. Emailed me out of nowhere, too. Keeps sending letters despite the fact that I reply back with bullshit.

Comment from Dameon

I have to give her/him credit, they do not give up - here is todays letter. She is responding to my challenge and I mentioned you in my challenge. - Hi my friend! I don’t know what are you talking about but my passport and ticket are real. I think you was not correctly informed and I went to passport service and to agency and they said that documents I have are real and the passport service here said that the Consulate in New York City have no information about passports of people. They can give you information about visa’s but not for passport. Because is out of their competence. They need more time to contact our passport service to check it. I think you just invent it to hide your reluctance to help me. I don’t understand why do you need to invent different reasons to accuse me in things I didn’t do. Just say I don’t want to help you and I don’t want to meet you at all and that’s all! I will try to understand you! Bye. Sasha

Comment from freddyboy

Hey I am still here and it keeps me busy just reading all these new scammers. Been busy this last while with christmas and what not..just didn't find the time to comment...after spending time reading...I think you guys are doing just great. I did shut down a girl from Bankok Thailand that was chaging $1000.00 for an introduction to a suitable new wife and them another $700.00 before you can take the new bride out of the country as your wife. It was an obvious scam and I called her on it...she is now waiting for Interpol to knock on her door. I coudn't get out of her where she has been deposting all the money because I know i am not her first victim...but I could not find out where the money is going..not into a bank account in Thailand that is for sure. Bottom line is she is now out of business and I had a real hoot scaring the sh*t out of her. Be careful guys even the sweeties from the asian countries have caught onto the scam game...darn it. Is there no place safe anymore.

Oh me, Where's a good Wombat when you need one???? Hey Mike,go to this website--lovetopping.net, then go to brides 35 yrs and up, go to page 48 and look to the bottom and see Elena 38 yrs old.... Last name is Sidorenko.... I'm trying to find out her e-mail address for you with some help from another friend.....When I saw her I thought that you would take pleasure communicating with her.......If you can find out her address on your own, that's even better.....I think that she's for real!!!I see that Freddyboy has been "M.I.A."......I hope that he's ok, and hasn't froze to death!!!!!

It seems Charlie and I posted her on the same day. - Here was Sasha's last letter to me: Hi my friend! >I understand that your friend’s father work in Aeroflot. And so what? What did >you mean? Please explain. I don’t understand you! What did you mean when you said I am scammer. >What is this and who is this? I am not Boris or Ivan. As I already told you I am girl >and my name is Sasha! If you not believe me it’s your problem but I am clear and never tried >to deceive you! I don't need it! Why do I need to deceive my good friend?? I don't do it >because I don't want to lose friends! I hope you understand me! But I didn’t understand you! >I have prepared all documents and the company made all necessary work and already reserved >ticket to NYC for me. So I can come to America and can start new life but I think you don’t believe me at all! Why? >Sasha
