# Details: Yulia told me that she has never written to a foreign man before and wanted to get to know me and see where things went. She told me she is a pediatrician and works in her town in Kirov helping sick children. After about a month of sending emails back and forth she told me that she was starting to fall in love with me and that her dream was to come and visit me. She then told me she had a surprise for me. She told me that she had gotten a Visa and that she was trying to get plane tickets through an agency and was short on money and wanted me to send her $624.00 to her to pay for the rest of the plane ticket. I told her that I would but started to question her and then I checked some websites for scammers and read some information and saw that alot of people that were scammed by Russian women used the same scam that she is using on me! I wrote her and told her that I think this is a scam and she wrote back stating that if this is how all American men are that she will not write to me anymore. Well I then wrote her back and told her that I belived her but that I needed more information. She then wrote me and told me that she was able to push back her flight to February 4th and that she needed the money by then. I then called the State Department and inquired about her Visa. I found out that her Visa had been altered and had actually belonged to a man that lived in Tel Aviv, Israel! I will write her one more time and inform her that I have reported her to the authorities and that she will not be able to do this to anyone again.

Details: I was duped by this FELON(s) by the same scam as others. I wrote and recieved numerous letters, thinking I was getting an honest relationship developing. I ended up sending $100 to him/her/them, believing I was doing the right thing. I was told she had to pawn her jewelry and borrow money from friend and family, just to be with me, but was a little short, about $450. I felt bad, because I fell in love with her, so I took it upon myself to help. STUPID ME!

Yulia asked me for $624 dollars to help pay for the rest of her airline ticket and that I could pay her through Western Union. Here is the information she gave to me:
She would depart Moscow at 7:10 AM and arrive in Dallas, Tx(where I live) at 3:00 PM on January 31. She would have flown on Swiss International Airlines Flight # 1325 and then connected on American Airlines Flight # 37 in Zurich. She told me to send her the money to this address:
ZAPSIBKOMBANK
MIKROR AION SOVETSKII, 1
TARKO-SALE, 629850 and to send it to her name, which she gave as Yulia Karasiowa.I did not send her any money adn that is when I started looking up information about her and the address she gave me. I then called the State Department to verify her Visa and it was a fake.
I sent the money by Western Union to Yulia Karasiowa in Russia. I sent $100 once, THANK GOD! I don't want to embarrasss myself by putting letters here. I am filing a complaint with authorities after this is reported. I will, however, put pictures here. This person or people MUST BE STOPPED!! A lot of the pics are the same as other peoples'.
