# Details: We exchanged near-daily emails for several weeks, then she suddenly asked me to send her $450 U.S. to buy a cell phone so that we could talk frequently, this despite earlier claiming not to know English at all well. She did this right before Christmas.
She originally went by the email olga064@inbox.ru, but said that this account had been "destroyed".
She wrote me an apolgetic email after I refused to send her any money until after we met, and then received an email from "her" expressing her love for "Dallas". I wrote her telling her that I was not "Dallas" and have not heard from her since (ca. 3 weeks).

Details: She sends you wonderful, flowery letters, but they are not personalized. If you ask her questions, she may or maynot answer them in the next letter. It is as if she just pulls the next letter from a file and sends it to you.Fortunately she couldn't keep her facts straight, one letter she is an only child, a few letters later, she has siblings. At that point I got very suspicious and had her checked out, the information came back she was a scammer. I never got to the point where she started to ask for money and I don't send money to people I have never met.
