I never saw a contract og anything documenting the deal even though i insisted that i should be the owner in the contract.rnLater i decided not to buy the place and then was told by Olga, that the 4.000USD was lost. I asked for contact informations of the people selling the place, so i rncould follow-up on this but was instructed by Olga not to do so and that she had "lost" the contact details.rnrnI made another down-payment for another apartment, the total amount to be paid with 3 months but then after only 2 weeks, she demanded that i transfferedrnthe total amount into her account (35.000USD) at once.rnWhen i refused she got very upset, said i had to prove my love to her by paying the amount at once.
