# Details: he said he wants me to receive the compensation money that he will receive as a soldier..but unfortunately there is no direct flight for the parcel from Afghanistan to Philippines..so the diplomat whos going to send the parcel which contains huge amount of money needs to take it to London to enable to send it to Philippines..however he ask me money for the delivery..here is the exact word that he said.."I need you to please help me pay this cost of delivery, as I am unable to make transfer from my location.I am unable to handle financial transactions, considering the strict law in this country as regards to intentional monetary transfer. So I cannot do much from my location now. I will take full responsibility of your investment and ensure that your investment is refunded 100% as soon as the parcel is successful delivered."
