# Details: The woman who I was corresponding with purported her name to be Svetlana Rogova. I had a profile on Gimeney.net free site and she contacted me supplying her email address and asking me to write to her. The ususal complimentary lines were used. She thought that I looked like a good man. I contacted her at the email address that she supplied and we corresponded for about a month. She provided photos that showed her to be lovely. I was really falling for this woman. She wanted to come to the US to visit me. I told her that I thought that it was more appropriate that I visit her in her country first. She then told me that it was not a good idea. Her reason was because she told me that she had always dreamed of traveling to the country of the man who she loved. It seemed fairly reasonable. However then she mentioned the fees. She asked me to help her with the fees. I suggested that I would pay for her airfare. Then she provided me with her name and asked me to either send the money to her by Western Union or Moneygram. That is when I refused. I googled her name and eventually found this site. While browsing the gold diggers list I came across her profile, except that the name listed was Zhanna Muhametshina. Several of the photos shown were the exact photos that she sent to me. She originally told me that she lived in a town called Mari-Turek. However all of the emails came from Yoshkar-Ola. She also never really commented on details of what I had written in the letters and ever answered questions about her life there. She did focus very quickly about being in love with me. It was wonderful but it just didnt seem right.
