My name is Shelly Smith,i was born on the 10th of November1978 in Manchester city England United Kingdom.,i am the first child out of three and my father is also late.

i am not a stranger to serious relationships as i have being heart broken several times and i swore not to have any man in my life again and along the way my mother called me and persuaded me to move on with my life and start a new life.for close to 9 months i have not had a relationship and now i am trying to find that special person who can make my dreams come true.

I also want you to know that I see myself as a woman with very good character and I have an excellent reputation. I have strong moral values, strong family values and I’m tremendously responsible. I believe in taking very good care of my family and providing them with everything they need. I grew up with very loving parents who taught me how to live right; how to be respectful of others and how to treat people right. They instilled in me the most important values of life. They did a great job in raising me and I’m very grateful that I had them in my life. In fact, I still have my mother with me, but my dad past away when I was 22 years old. That was a very difficult time for me, my sister,brother and my mom but we all made it through together. I only have one sister, she's 3 years younger than me and a younger brother who is 5 years younger than i am ,as you can see i am the eldest in my family. , although I do have a friend back in United
states that I’ve known for over 25 years; we tell everybody that we’re sister's because we’ve always been the best of friends and very close. she’s always been like a sister to me so that’s why I call her my sister.. My younger sister’s married and she has one daughter, so I also have one niece and a brother-in-law. They all live out there in Liverpool which is not too far from Manchester.

Actually, my mom lives with me because her health isn’t as good as it used to be so I’m helping to take care of her. She’s 68 years old and she gets around pretty good still, but she smoked cigarettes for over 30 years of her life and she has trouble breathing. (She runs out of breath very quickly). She was diagnosed with lung cancer about 3 months ago, but it really hasn’t effected her health as of yet. I just continue to keep it in my prayer’s that she will be OK. Of course, I helped her to quit smoking so she doesn’t do that anymore. As for me, I don’t smoke and I have a glass of wine every once in a while. I’m not a big drinker of alcohol at all. To be honest with you, I really don’t have any bad habits.

I pray that you have true love and happiness in your life every single day; I pray that you find what you’re looking for in a man; and I pray that all your dreams and goals come true. I love the fact that you have God in your life this is the most important quality of all and I'm very happy that we have this in common. This is so great. Thank You.

How great i is to come in here and receive an email from you once again telling me such lovely words...you really touched the innermost part of my heart and i want to let you know that i will always be there for you and i do hope that me and you will continue to build our relationship and make things work out for us...Since when i was young i loved writing and i feel that is the easiest way that i can use to express myself more because it comes from my heart....You said that you will be supportive in this hard moment for me..are you really sure of what you are saying?well i do know that is a big word for sure.....Well all i can just hope for is for us to build this relationship one step at a time and hopefully start to think of meeting someday soon and maybe during weekend's when you have some little time we can have a chat..

I also want to use this opportunity to tell you more about what i envision in a relationship because from your emails i can see that you are a very caring,and romantic person and you are just that perfect man that i am looking for....What I envision..... is a relationship where two people enrich each other`s lives. I am interested in finding my soul mate and getting married. My dream man would be one who has similar interests, desires and values similar to my own. I am interested to find a man who is fun loving, adventurous and compatible with myself. A man who likes to laugh, have fun and enjoy life. I am not looking for someone exactly like myself because that would be boring. I am just looking for someone that I find to be attractive and feel connected with. It is also important that the man feels the same about me. I think the chemistry between two people is very important if a relationship is going to last. There should be a mutual respect between
the two people and they should enrich each other`s lives.

I would like to find a relationship.... Where two people are one... but where each still has some of their own personal goals, friendships and interests as well. Where each partner supports the other in their endeavors to become better and where two people can share anything with each other. They are each other`s best friend.... so they understand, support, nurture and love each other. They also trust one another too. And I think each partner should be the most important person in each other`s live. But not the ONLY person. Otherwise... I think... people`s lives become listless and mundane. And people become bored with each other and then end up seeking the wrong type of outside interest. I think when two people have the freedom, understanding and trust of the other... they look forward to seeing one another because they are choosing to do so... rather than being forced to do it. Does that make sense?

I am also interested in a man who is family-oriented and who would like to have children. Maybe one or two children so he has to be a man who would understand that there are family responsibilties too. While I am always willing to be part of the family team, I do not think that the man should be responsible for any particular families duties. They should communicate with one another and try to do whatever is necessary to make sure everything is working and running smoothly. They should talk and determine who can do what.... so everything is taken care of. That means... if I start work late then it may be best for me to bring our child to school rather that deeming that every child raising responsibility should be that of the Mother.

We should eat dinner together if possible and take family vacations together. But it does not mean that we all have to be together 100% of the time. What do you think?
