I strongly believe that every person is the universe itself. These words are my motto. But any universe cannot exist in solitude. It needs other words to interact with. So every man and woman need some people (I mean friends) for happy life. Friend is a person who knows everything about you, but still likes you. Thus, I need not only friends, but also the man who loves me. I am waiting for him for a long time and I still believe that he will come.

I did not know what to expect by looking for my life partner on the Internet, but nearly 23 and still single decided to give it a try, as I believe the right person for me could be anyone and anywhere. I dream to meet caring, loving, faithful, sincere and honest gentleman to have him as my life partner and most importantly as a friend to share the rest of my life with all its ups and downs and to give my all love, attention and care. I visited Russia and Moldova for several times. Kiev is very beautiful city, but I was there only several times (last one is in 1999).

It is always so pleasant to get your letters, because they are full of warm words. Your letters make me to fill warm and comfortable even now, when the weather is dull and cold. It is always rather dull in Ukraine in autumn. And what about your country? What weather do you have now?

I would like to tell you about my native country Ukraine. It has very long history, but for a long time it was under the power of other countries (Austria, Poland, Russia). So many people do not know about Ukraine.

Ukraine consists of 25 regions. The biggest cities are Kiev, Donetsk, Kharkov (I live not far from this city). Of course they are not so big as London or New York, but they are beautiful and very nice.

I think that Ukrainian traditional cooking is well known too. Maybe you have heard about �borshch�, �galushki�, �vareniki�. If you have not tasted them, I promise to cook these dishes for you one day. By the way, I am a good cooker and I like to cook very much;)!

It was so pleasant to receive your last letter. Your words have touched my soul and made me to think about different things.

My mother has an ideal image of the family and she tried to bring me up in the accordance to this ideal. She always says that a good wife is a real friend and a perfect mistress. Mum has teached me to cook very well and I hope you will have an opportunity to taste my cooking. Of course I can wash clothes, iron, do the house, but now there are a lot of modern machines to make this job easier and it does not take much time. So, I can say that I am a good housewife and I thank my mother for this.

But our viewpoints to the happy family have some difference. It is connected with the number of children. My mother thinks that the best variant is to have only one child to give him all your love. I do not agree with her. As for me, two or three children are better than one. I understand, that it is very difficult to bring all children in a right way, but still I want to have more than one child. Several children can have good friends i n his own family, they help each other, they share the interests of each other and inside of the family they have an opportunity to study how to behave themselves with other people.

But last time in my country there are a lot of economic problems. So people prefer to have only one child. It is so pity� But I do not want to think about something sad. All I want is to be happy and to have two children. I would like they to be a boy and a girl. I even can imagine them. They are the prettiest and the friendliest children in the world. They like to play and to study. And I love them so much! I do not know if my dreams come true, but I hope it will be so.

As you know I visited my parents and came back to Chuguev only today in the morning. My parents live in the town Kupyansk. It is about 50 km from here. And I go there by bus. Or sometimes by car (like auto stop), but I do not like this kind of going.

It costs 120 dollars and the term of its preparation is about a week. After getting the passport I can go to Kiev to the embassy for a Visa. A tourist Visa for one month costs 150 dollars and I hope I will be able to get it in 7 or 8 days. I do not know the exactly price of the air tickets, but I think that the tickets with the open return date cost about 900 dollars. I can try to know more concrete this week.

My institute in Chuguyev is the local department of the Kharkiv State University.

I told with their manager and at first she suggested me to buy a tour to the States. It costs 2 500 or 3 000 dollars. Of course, I refused because it is too expensive! Then she told me their prices for the documents. The passport costs 200 dollars. A Visa costs 260 dollars. And the air tickets cost 1 200 dollars. The total sum is 1 700 dollars. Dear, maybe it is better for my to do everything by myself and to safe your money? I will do as you want. I just wish to be with you! You can send me money via Western Union.

How are you?

I do not know why but my mood is a bit sad today ;-(! Sorry!

And maybe my latter will be serious and not very romantic. But in the morning I was listening to the radio and on one local radio station there was a discussion about the war in Iraq. I am not a great expert in any political question, but I know something about this war. And I want you to know my thoughts.

I am sure that any conflict can be overcome without using of any weapon! It is not fair that young men from different countries have to die because the politicians of these countries cannot find the solution of the problem! I am even not interested in the source of this conflict. I do not want to know who is right and who is wrong. I just do not want young people kill each other!

Dear, I do not know why I write about this. Maybe this topic is not interesting for you. If so, I think you do not read these lines now. But I want you to know not only about my love to you (I DO LOVE YOU SO MUCH!) but also about my views to other problems of our life. And I would like to know your ideas about this problem and about anything you wish to tell me!

How are you? What did you do today?

I was a bit busy today. One friend of mine (her name is Marina) invited me to her birthday party. We are students of the same group. I cannot say that we are good friends and I was a bit surprised when she asked me to come to her party. But then I understood that this party was simply the way for her to introduce us her new boyfriend.

So we all gathered in the caf�. We danced and had a lot of fun. But there were only girls there and this boy � Max � felt not very comfortable I think. And Marina tried to show how he liked her all the time but he did not want to show his fillings and emotions to unknown people. So I think Marina and Max spent not very good evening. But all the others people had great time.

You know I think it is really a problem to introduce your beloved person to your friends and to your family in a right way. You know that your beloved is the best person in the world but other people can think he (or she) is not. And if you try to make them change their mind you can make worse and they will dislike him (or her) in the future. Do you understand me?

What do you think about this? What is the best way to introduce somebody new to your friends and to your relatives? Hope you will write me your ideas about this!
