# Details: He/she/it contacted me on Soulmatefind.com via message with email address tracycarter02@yahoo.com, claimed she under contract with Unicef till December then will return to Houston, Texas, USA. Claimed she was out of food and wanted at least $300.00 before she starved to death. I contacted Unicef with photos of her, they claimed she doesnt work for them, theyre investigating fraud of Unicef name.
