There was no money exchange. Vladislav Chumak requested that the money be sent to Kalinina Street 1, Zorinsk, Ukraine. In care of Tamara Bogachenko. She said she worked in the administration at the local coal mining office. Three correspondence took place. I found more complaint on the internet under the above name. I have not informed the website yet. The story in ongoing, I will try again to see if I can get any more information out of the e-mail site.
