I went to the tour agency to get the information about the visa and

must be sure I will not stay illegally and I am able to pay WITH MY
OWN MONEY. I will have to show the paper from my University. It means
I need the money in cash. If it is an expensive sum for you,
send as much as you can, I will try to borrow from somebody here. THEY DON'T GIVE
VISAS if I have only plane tickets as I must have a REASON to get a visa. This reason
may be: TOURISM, BUSINESS, VISITING CLOSE RELATIVES. That is all. No free
coming in. Please, try to understand that they don't want Ukrainians in
USA and try to restrict their entering.

But before i start making the visa i have to get an international
passport...
My darling, i'd like to meet you VERY much, but there are some things
in my life that i just can't afford.. And one of them is the
international passport. Unfortunately it cost's too much here in
Ukraine(i don't know about your country..), 200$. Right now i don't
have such money.. It's a pity that the stupid papers stand across our
