two money requests for the visa and one for the tickets

Hello my sweetest darling Pascal,
Here I am finally and as you see here you are the copies of my
documents. I've been to the travel company today and I signed the
passport. Then I asked them to make a copy for me. As I told you I
had to leave my International passport there so they could proceed
with my visa and everything once the money is paid. So now my darling
I hope everything will be all right and we will go ahead with the
papers. Regarding the bank account, I told you honey I do not have it
unfortunately and to open one will take about one month or even
longer. It's not a fast procedure here. I have learnt about it when I
went to the bank and asked them about Money Gram and Western Union
systems over here. I was told that if somebody wants to open a bank
account, first the papers are being sent to Moscow and once they are
approved in the main office then they are being sent back here. So it
is a very long process and by the time I'll open it my vacation will
be over I am afraid. I really hope honey you will have everything
arranged with either one of these systems. I hope that we will have
the papers organized really soon now since I've started the paper
process and I need to proceed with the visa due to the contract I
signed...
But now it seems I won't be able to come to you on time before your
birthday honey. I wish I would. It would be the best gift for me and
you my love but the time is not so good. Even if we start the visa
process tomorrow already it will take a week for it to be approved.
And today is 4th already. So the soonest time I could come to you if
we start it tomorrow will be the 12th I think.. I am sorry about it
Pascal but I cannot speed the paper process unfortunately.
I too watch the couples walking by and kissing and holding hands in
hands. I imagine us always doing the same thing and of course when
I'll arrive to you we will be the most beautiful couple I believe.
When I mentioned some friends( not men) envying me I meant some women
friends, not very close, who are simply jealous.
Regarding the info you will need for the Western Union or Money Gram
system, I was told that in order for you to transfer the money here
you need to know my full name which is Olga Kilyachenkova and the name

I also need to know your full name or the name you will sign when you
send the money( like in your ID) and also there will be some control
number which you will be given once the money is sent. I need to have
it too when I go to their office here. I was told I need to have my
Russian ID on me when I pick the money up.
So I hope everything will be all right soon and we will proceed with
the visa and tickets my darling.
You asked me to give you a detailed overview of the costs for the trip
honey. So the whole trip costs 2690 Euro. I had 500 Euro before I've
paid for the passport so we are short of 2190 Euro.
Also these are the prices for the trip separately:
First it is 240 Euro for the Foreign passport which I have paid
already and which I've signed today.
Then there is an insurance for the trip and medical insurance also for
me while I am in the country I am visiting( it is usually 10 percent
off the price so it is 269 Euro). 700 Euro will cost to get a Belgium
visa for 3 months time in 1 week time since my passport is issued.
Now the flight cost... It is 1481 Euro for the return ticket from
Surgut to Moscow(390 Euro) and from Moscow to Brussels(1091 Euro). The
return date will be open for our conveniences so that we schedule the
departure date upon my arrival. I checked it with the fixed date and
the difference is minimal so I asked them to calculate it with an open
date as my visa would be multiple.
So that is it honey.
Have to get back to work now since I haven't done anything today yet.
I know my vacation will start soon and I will be with you my darling.
Please do not worry of my work honey. I'll stay with you for as long
as you wish my love till my visa permits and there won't be any
problems with my work I hope. Like I told you, I'll call them up from
you and will agree everything. They will understand, besides, I
believe that once we are together and once we check our feelings for
real we can decide to stay together longer and I won't care of my work
that much any more because I can find some job there with you. Do you
agree Pascal?
I know you are very fit honey and I know I will be very proud of you
when we will be walking together there in Belgium. I cannot wait to
see you my love and I hope that everything will be ok tomorrow. Let me
know as soon as you can do everything from your side and I'll be
