I received the exact e-mail from Charles Whittaker, same rueeqst, same info about the project. We exchanged a few more e-mails and then he stopped responding. He offered to send me the payment before he received my translation. I thought that was very odd. He never wired me any money and I never sent him a translation. I wish there was a way to catch people like these.

Hey R! Time is hard one for so many poelpe. Some poelpe can be too eager or desperate to get in on what they think is going to make them money now and end spending money they didn't have. Another is to let poelpe push you into something your really not ready for and you were only looking because your neighbor bugged the hell out of you to join some program. Either way, you really have to use your head and keep your heart out of you're decision making. That's the one area that will get you into trouble if your not careful. Howdy folks, I just had a lady on to me from the dust bowl? and said she would like to start a relationship with me and eventually come to me here.(nothing wrong in that).I asked her did they have webcam to match her pics??but she told me that she had no webcam but that she was honest and could i take her word for that.I told her that since she had no webcam the only way i could trust her was to go into her police station and tell them that i sent her in to prove who she was and to mention my name??And what does she do next ??? she does exactly that and reports back to me about what had happened in there.She told me that the police asked her a few questions(she said that she not like some of the questions) and then let her go ??She then asked me "did i believe her", and i told her"yes 100%" because i said they sent me your pic to my addy.And where did they get that pic from she asked ??" Oh now i remember "she said .I saw a flash while i was there but i did not think anyone was taking my photo as i thought it was for someone else ??Now i know i am dealing with an honest lady,and it certainly pays to have high people in high places in the battle zone such as these??? I wonder will she come back to me again ???.Any bets ??

Those pics are being used by the scamming pool of scammers in the dustbowl.I had five of them locked up recently,but just like the drug mules in the drug trade, when caught,another five just take their place?The only way to beat the scammers is "DO NOT" send money at all.All this has been said before time and time again.?
