It seems that what egameplace is doing is what Game Stop or EB Games does. It's sipmly a trade, and they get their cut ($1.95) So if you have old games that you are not playing any more, you trade them in to egameplace. They may even have like a "Market Place" like some baseball teams websites have where season ticket holders can sell their tickets.So, on the front, it looks legit. If you are having a serious problem with them, try contacting the Better Business Bureau, or you can do a whois' look-up and find out who is hosting the site as well as their contact information.
