Wayne - I'm glad you brought that up about this so called Robert Mueller from the FBI.I recieve one of those letters every second day and I'm sure everyone one else does.This is a fairly new scam and it puts insult on insult.I hope the hell no one falls for this BS!!

Hell, I win the UK Lottery about 10 times every week. I must be the luckiest man alive. I use E-mail Tracker Pro and then I report them to their ISP. I also get a lot of e-mails from Robert Mueller at the FBI. The are usually from a free Yahoo account. I am sure that the FBI uses a free Yahoo account. hehehe I usually write them back and tell them to get a person that made it past the 3rd grade in school to write their e-mails.

I'm still getting quite a bit of the lottery emails, saying I won the UK lottery (I'm in the USA). I also get one of those FBI Director James Mueller emails every single day, some in the spam folder and some in my inbox. I usually just delete them, but from now on I'll start tracking the IP addresses and reporting them.

RE 'Lottery scams', if anyone gets any with a Spanish address on it, let me know. I have a good and trusted Spanish national, friend and colleague in Spain who will be delighted to assist in closing down their operations. This chap and I managed a 'joint exercise' last year to enable a raid on premises and closure with some lottery scammers operating out of Barcelona!

Kitzell,about every other day I get an email for the lottery scam or the usual phishing scam.ANYTHING from ANYWHERE in Africa is a scam.If Miss Underworld is in Ghana then I'm sure that there are people Tom knows in the sanitation dept that would love to have a mutually symbiotic relationship!LOL

funny u should mention lottery stuff James .. i've been gettin 'congratulations' crap from free lotto for months but always delete them. i thot it was some company cos they always want me to pay a small fee, an i mean small. less thatn 1 GBP a week for over 7 tries. seemed a bit low but i dunno if it's part of a scam or not. i'll send you the next one i get and u can pass it on if it's one of the scams. ty for bringin that one up, i never gave it a thot to b honest.

Hey Tom,thank you for sending that info.I really appreciate it.I have good news to pass on for everyone.I had written a comment stating the arrest of 126 scammers in Nigeria.Well as it turns out there have been some arrest made within the(EFCC) Spokemen for the EFCC have stated three members of there Law Enforcements have been charged with corruption and 11 Officials have been dismissed.Insiders stated information was passed on to these criminals.Myself,I'm pleased to know the investigation into this matter is almost complete.On another matter,is there anyone here still recieving Lottery notification in there mail?? If so,please let me know and I would be happy to pass the info onto Miss Underworld.She has done a fantastic job in helping to expose some of these organized criminals involved with the lotteries

One thing I have learned in my searches,you can't hide a IP address unless you have the money to do so and is rarely done by these Pissheads.You only have one IP address unless you are using a wireless router.There is another way to distrack away from your IP address and I use it quite often when dealing with these morons.Ethan - there is a link I use and might be interesting for you.check it out: www.metacafe.com/watch/318719/trace_any_ip_address_or_website

Roamer - You're right, same thing with the googlemail and gmail accounts, the IP address shows California. But if you expand your headers you can usually look past the first IP address that shows up and find a 2nd or sometimes even a 3rd IP address. Track those IP's and you'll sometimes find your "source country" for your scammer. And it's good to take a few moments and make a small report while you're there, almost all of the IP address search sites that I use ask if you want to report suspicious activity, so if you have an extra 2 or 3 minutes, please do so.....Ethan
