went from 286 to 180 by running 40 mins erdvyeay, eating egg whites, and oatmeal. I was lifting like crazy, but not gaining an ounce of muscle, and I think running so hard was just killing it. I was getting stronger so I guess the muscle was becoming more efficient without gaining size. Once I stopped running erdvyeay, I started gaining more muscle, without changing my diet at all. Basically once your muscle glycogen is depleted, the body wont hesitate to eat your muscle for energy.
