She also go by the name of Svetlana ,she wrote to me many times and I ask her about some letter it was suspicious, it seem like some body took her pictures and using her for the scam. All the e-mail you have received from her is in perfect English, but the thing is that the real "she", doesn't speak English very good, I know for fact because I have spoke with her on the phone three times so far and you can not understand much what she is say.I'm been talking to her for the past month and a half and she did not ask me for money and she send me a lot of pctures.

i know this one as Maria ... mariaperson@rambler.ru .. says she is a dentist working/living in Kazan ... i got some of the same pics ... and info bout a trip to moscow for a tourist visa. told me she had no financial worries but at visa time .. her dad needed an urgent op on his kidneys which cost her 6000 euro. now askin me for 250 euro's to help pay for docs from Moscow. shame she said that the deadline was november 30 an it's now jan 2008 an she still wants that money. after i read the comments from u guys .. i dug a little into this one ... she used DateMeFree.org to contact me .. usual crap ... wanna come to you and get married and have a family thing .. u know how it is with them, they get ur money, empty ur bank acc an then it's 'ty asshole .. i fuk'd with your head an stole ur money .. goddbye'. it pisses me off that i've been in contact with her since may last yr and very nearly fell for the shit, till i saw here here. good job guys .. keep it up and i'll post any that tried me before not here .. if i can member them all lol

She also goes by the name of Maria Shabalina. Been talking to her for months finally she asks me about money and that we should hurry, luckily I found her on this scam site.. Do not fall for this one!

Most of these women has been sent to the IC3 unit at the FBI office in Washington DC.All have records of scams. You contact them at your owm risk and they will try and take every penney you have and more.

Gavin, if you check out the IP, you will find out that the name that comes up is that of a Mr. Gabrelyn....I probably misspelled his last name.....His name is associated with 100's of scammers!!! 3 good sites for finding out about where the IP addresses originate from are: www.uatele.com/who/? www.ripe.net/whois and www.arin.net/whois/ If you type in the IP#s it will tell you a lot of info about the address and chances are that you will see not only Mr. Gabrelyan's name but one or two other names that are associated with just scammers...

Another twist to these scams.
I have been communicating with a young lady who also calls herself Ekaterina Lebedewa,from Flat 9 15 Lenina Street OLHA which is close to Irkutsk, however her pictures are posted on "Stop Scammers" under the name of Evgenia Hlebutina which are completely different to this Ekaterina.
Possibly a tag team working in collusion with one another for the scam.
It has been fun playing tag.
She has a Russian Travel pass etc & is trying to con me for a visa to Australia. Good Luck

I was not scamed but I did talk with her for a while...she was asking to prepare paperwork for her to come here, she needed a visa etc...I told her that I wanted to come and see her, not the other way arround...she finally told me all kind of stuff like I was not seriuos and then she dump me...nothing, zero, nada...! She told me in her last letter that she met a guy in her place and that's it. She apparently play volleyball, and lives with her grand-mother (that snores buy the way when she sleeps ! ) her parents are dead and she is alone.
