You do realize why the seellr was laughing right? Tracking information takes 2-3 days to actually activate online. A seellr can print out an shipping label/number but it wont scan through until a day after he drops off the package. Because you were impatient and opened a dispute so quickly, paypal rejected you for the above reason. Since you lost your dispute it means that the seellr kept the item AND the money because you won. He knows there's no way for you to reopen the case through paypal again and figured he doesn't have to ship it out. Either way, I'm sure paypal will find a way to try to get the money back from you so close your credit cards/bank accounts linked to paypal and reopen new ones.

there are several other scam sites, utilize your search engine to find them, some are quite good. lots of valuable infor includeing emails, bank addys, and dateing sites that actually support this activity. there is an ongoing investigation by the fbi of several of these agencys. the only problem i see currently is that unless the target person starts asking questions and looks for information, he is going to be blindsided. these people count on ignorance, and the limelite is their enemy. i highly recommend subscribing to a news-service and utilizeing a group like alt.writing.scams to further the cause. i am also personally distributeing collected info at various truckstops nationwide here in the usa, because we truckers have alot of time to think with our little head ;-)

FYI - Many of the pictures that you see on this site have been around for several years. The scamming organizations are aware of these sites and are beginning to use pictures of girls that do not appear yet. Just because you do not see a picture on a scam site does not mean that s/he is not a scammer. I do not care what they promise you - NEVER SEND MONEY! Remember, the letters you are receiving are mostly from guys. I have had a few of them admit this. many of them are students working for a group in the Mari-El (Yoshkar Ola) province. And it is not the Russian Mafia. They have bigger fish to fry. Mostly in Brooklyn ;-)

Hi Joe and Frank. I have been getting emails from Antonina this month. She is asking me for $750.00 USD It's funny because I told her that I had the money ready for her but she could only claim it in the USA. She told me that I was a very clever man. :-) I told her that yes I was. But I did not tell her that I was aware of what she really was intending to do or that she was a scammer or that I have experienced it before in any way. I did get taken by Natalya Vidernikova for $700.00 USD. Her email address is Ironlady@stonic.com She is on this list I just found out. That is because I didn't know or was aware of the scams. Now I do so I do not send anything to anyone except advise on how to go about getting the money other than me like taking a job in their city. I love this because I am aware now and It is just a pitty that this is going on. I was woken up by the first one. I was alerted by my local store clerk and western union. So, this put a big red flag in front of me so I guess I am a target now. They all must know each other some how. I am talking to another one from Russia right now. I will see where this one goes. LOL :-) She is not on this list. Not yet any way. But this new one is promising to meet me one day. She might be legitamate and she may not be. Because I told her that I do not want to have to send her oney to come visit me. She responded well to that. She told me that she is aware of the scams and she is not a part of any scams. So, I will see.

Joe, how do you get to scammer #996?
to top ^

Comment from Joe

i have heard from it again on another email, i have been givin it hell about all the bad express codes its gettin. noticable was the header in the responce, ie, Re: stopped another western union money gram 2 you. this is not what i have been saying to it, i have been saying sh*t another bad express code. this indicates someone in the middle probably translateing and forwarding manually the emails. it still doesnot eliminate complicity with this alleged person, also check scammer id here 996, what we are seeing now is a type of evolution of the same people, the earlier pictures were a non-seller so they got better, however the form letters are similar. also investigate the bat software, anytime a person sees this in a header beware! happy hunting

Comment from Dameon

Maybe this might help you guys. There is one group of scammers that is believed to come out of the Mari - El (Yoshkar Ola)province in Russia. They all use the same pre-written letters with the following subject headers: Hi, I Am Glad To See Your E-mail, My Family, Have A Good Day, Hi My Dear, Evening With Friends, My Abilities, About The Future, My Kisses, I Adore You, Some News, The Agent, My Day, Charges, Hi Favorite, My Desites, The Information, I Love You - I had a scammer using some of these photos last year and they used these pre-written letters. Add'l info - I have traveled to FSU countries and during the summer months, they can in fact grow flower gardens. If you really wish to get them; give them a fake 10 digit Western union number and give them a fake last name. Something like "Inourascama". Tell them you are Italian. But don't use this exact name (That's mine). The experience they encounter at the Western Union Office will not be pleasant. Good hunting boys!

the trace ends at amsterdam, netherlands, that was my point, the firewall on the other end of that is your email, password, protected mailbox. i am surprized that it is still passing the photos showing the wedding ring especially after i blew them up and mailed them back with questions. it also knows how to read message headers, i was spoofing it with two email addys on the same ip, it picked that up quickly. lets see what it can do with anonomous servers. your theory holds credence, and i did forward the passport to the authorities, here in usa and overseas. i couldnt get it to provide me with an exit visa, probably would have been forged and very illegal anywhere. this one came to me, i did not go to it, it found trouble, instead of cash. it will take time but i will get it. or them count on it. like i said pick your favorites and "adopt" them make them your business and find out everything possible about them. whats useful bring back to this site.
to top ^

Comment from Theodore

One last comment, About Joe's trace to the Netherlands...I traced the IP he gave and the source started in Amsterdam then went to a computer protected by a firewall, which could not be traced by the software I was using, then back to Amsterdam and then to everyone else. So, I figured that firewall protected computer was in the Slovak Republic or Slovenia (I got the family picture, too). I did see something on TV that mentioned her supposed hometown in Siberia...folks, there's nothing but snow and ice there. No way she could have have a garden in that climate. Well, maybe the fake passport will yield some results. If you don't have that photo, let me know at this site and I will send it to you.

Comment from Theodore

Hey Joe, Yeah, I'm in for "adopt a scammer". I figure this scam works something like this: They harvest the email farm in New Jersey, send hundreds (thousands?) of the first letter we all got with the great photos, and in a couple of weeks or less, request money for the ticket. Now if you think about it...it would take more than one person to answer all the emails that replied to the letters. So this woman is not working alone. And to Weegee...did you get the photo of our love in her garden? The one where she is holding a bunch of red roses? Look carefully at her left hand...you should see a gold wedding band. So to conclude this message, our love is probably married and working this scam with her husband and possibly some of the other people in her "family" photograph. Any thoughts on my theory?
to top ^

Comment from Theodore

All Righty Then!! I see y'all got the flag thing down. Hey Weegee...did you get the passport photo too? It's probably bogus, but it does have a passport number. Generally speaking, it seems to me that any government would take forgery of their government documents more seriously than someone scamming for money. Just a thoughtyou might want to consider.

i did run a trace on this useing visual route tracer and email tracer. tentafly is a mail server farm, you go past that to the isp in sweden, then you get the who is off of that. i could never get a trace directly to moscow or anywhere else. i copyed and pasted, the responce i got from the investigating agency to reply to her last email, yes still emailing me, how do you say busted in russian?? anyway there was no chance that money was ever going to be sent, i would secure tickets here similar to the way a person moves a professional driver from one place to another, all you get is a confirmation number. it is billed to a credit card, therefor no tickets, and no way to sell them. all you get is a boarding pass, and you need id to do that. You are already in a secure area at that point. chess anyone???

Comment from Theodore

Hey Joe, She's not in Russia anymore. She is running her scam from within the United States. Probably in the New Jersey area. She wants you to use Western Union money transfers because you can pick them up from any Western Union office worldwide, regardless of what office to which you sent the money. So any of you 'de-de-dee's' out there who sent this woman money, go look in the mirror and try to wash that big "L" or "S" off your forehead.

Lovely woman, this one. I received all the same letters and pictures posted here(and even some that aren't). After a bit of research I discovered some additional IP information on her. The IP she used to contact me is 64.71.167.123 that traced back to Tenafly, New Jersey, belonging to MoColo Corporation, which is apparently a subsidiary of Hurricane Electric Internet Services, located in Fremont, California. She gives her address as Berdsk, Suvorova 15-34 near Novosibirsk ,Siberia. She told me she is 26 years old and born July 11. She said she was short $750.00 to pay for her plane ticket to come live with me. She told me to send the money via Western Union to Dostoevskii Street, build 63 flat 114 in Moscow. When I said I didn't have the money, she stopped writing. Then I sent her another email telling her that I was able to get the money after all and she answered - IMMEDIATELY!! I replied that I sent the money, per her instructions, and I'm waiting to see what her response will be. By the way, I didn't really send her any money, so it's likely I will not hear from her again. Aah...too bad...such a lovely fantasy. Good Luck Y'all

Comment from President Roamer

Hey Guys, I think that we should start a new business!!! As I read and reread the letters from these scammers, there is something that I've come to notice......It seems that they are suffering from some sort of malnutrition.....Now, I don't know if its just a regional thing or whether it's a government conspiracy, but it seems to me that their food is lacking "Vitamins and Minerals".....As a respectable man that I am, I see the need to start a humanitarian business, of course with my friends here....Our main concern is to make sure that we promote our product, to ensure that all foreign women are not "vitamin deficient", so that they will always be healthy enough to travel abroad.....If we rent out small spaces in internet cafes, and we sell "vitamin supplements", then, well no more excuses......I would like to nominate, Dameon, as our "Vice" President of overseas development....Also, Wombat, I would like to nominate you for the position of "Vice" President of overseas sales.......Mike, I would like to nominate you for the position of, "Vice" President of Quality Control......007, I nominate you for the position of "Vice President of Security and Protection......All yhe rest of you guys and gals can invest with us and own your own "Vitamin Kiosks"....And as "your" President, I will make you all very rich.......I intend to be very " fair and equitable ", when it comes to profit sharing......It is our "Duty" as concerned citizens of this planet, to ensure that every woman on the face of this earth, never goes to bed with deficiencies!!!!!!! Our "Company Motto, shall be, "F*ck Them and Feed Them Beans"..... And remember that with "Teamwork" we will all be Weiners... I mean WINNERS...

Why don't these bitches ever send any nude photos of themselves. It would make this whole thing more interesting. Sort of a win-win situation if you ask me. This letter is the exact same one I received. I stupidly sent her the money. The next step will be to ask for $1000 to show visa bureau that she has enough to survive in your country. Then if you end it to her, she will lose it and as for that amount again so she can come to your country. I luckily found someone else scammed by her also, before she could pick the money transfer and I stopped it. I wrote her and told her about it and she said she would have to go back to Berdsk. She would email in a few days. I will wait and see. How many men did she email to? I, like all you guys wished she was real. I would have liked to get her.
